Free shipping on Most Returns/Exchanges. Returns accepted within 60 days of purchase for cash refund and 365 days for store credit. Returns/Exchanges must be in original packaging and still in new condition. For defective items, call us, we will make it right.

It’s why we offer free shipping for most returns and why we extend our return period significantly longer than most stores. The only thing we don’t like is when people try to take advantage of us. We gladly accept returns for all* unused items for a full cash refund within 60 days of ordering. Beyond 60 days, we continue to accept returns up to 365 days from purchase for a store credit. We will pay for return shipping for all* items under 25 lbs. We will pay for return shipping for all* items over 25 lbs. In exchange for the refund being store credit. Alternately, if you pay for return shipping on these items, we will issue a cash back refund. *all - refers to all qualifying items. Close-out and deeply discounted items are all final sale and not eligible for return. Certain oversized items like mattresses and furniture are not eligible for free returns. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your return places your original order value under $49, we will deduct the $6.95 flat rate shipping from the amount refunded to you. The reason we do this is because some sneaky people (we know it's not you) will intentionally order an extra item they don’t need in order to get free shipping and then they will return the unused item hoping we don’t catch on. This hurts us and ultimately hurts you in terms of what we need to charge to cover our costs, which is why we include this in our policy

It all starts by contacting us at support@birchbaby.com or by phone at 617-965-6262. We will issue you a return authorization number (RMA) and forward you a return shipping label. Once you get the return label, simply package up your item, apply the return label and drop it to the nearest carrier drop off. We will contact you once we receive your return and verify everything meets our return criteria. If so, you should see a credit your account within 5 business days and store credit within 1 business day.

Once an item is received in our warehouse, you should see a refund to your account within 5 business days. Items receiving store credit will issued within 1 business day.
