FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What are your hours? We are around to answer your questions and process your orders Monday through Friday, 9 am EST to 5 pm EST
2. Where are you located? Our warehouse is located at 49 Border Street, Newton, MA. Please note that we are strictly a warehouse and not a storefront. If you are looking for information on how to return or exchange an item, please check out our return policy. 
3. Can I try out products before I buy them? Due to the fact that we are only a warehouse and not a storefront, we do not have many open box items for you to try. 
4. Can I purchase an item at your warehouse? If you'd like to purchase directly from our warehouse, please call us first to see if we have the item that you are looking for. We do not carry all of our items at our Newton location (as some are shipped directly from the manufacturer).
